Today I am embarking on a 4 week challenge with BOSU and Sweat Pink to prove to the world that I am #BOSUStrong. I will squat, mountain climb, plank, push-up, lunge, crunch, and burpee my way to a stronger and fitter body.
Running the world with Amy is a blog dedicated to all things fitness, health, nutrition, and alternative healthy recipes that work well with a variety of digestive conditions.

Test results and time to taper (and pack)
It's almost here; exactly two short weeks from today, I will be getting on the plane to head to Berlin for marathon number seven! It's hard to believe it's finally here. And, it's even more hard to believe that I have been holding my breath for over two weeks waiting on my doctor to send me the results of my echo-cardiogram and the decision on whether I was going to be granted their approval to run the marathon or not. I #LoveBulu ! - Bulu Box Review and Discount Inside!

Whether it's kids, being a caregiver for an aging family member, a career that demands long hours and lots of travel, or a multitude of other things, there's never a shortage of something to take up your time (that you just don't have). So, how do you balance it all without offending people, dropping the ball at work, or driving yourself to sheer exhaustion?
