It's race season!

The weather is getting warmer (on some days), the days are getting longer, and the race calendars are getting busier! It's my favorite time of year,
I get so excited when I can go through and pick a bunch of races I want to do this year.  Of course, I kicked off the year with the Dopey Challenge in January but didn't have any other races until last weekend. I did the Rock N' Roll Half Marathon in DC (I registered for the full but more on that another day) on March 12th, then this past Sunday I did the Shamrock Marathon in Virginia Beach in a nor'easter (more on that later also).

I already have the Star Wars Dark Side Challenge (10k and Half Marathon) plus the 5k the day before in a few weeks and I'll be making a trip to Yellowstone for my birthday in June to do the Yellowstone Half and 5k.

But beyond those, I'm not sure which races I want to commit to. I purchased the Rock N' Roll race pass for three races; after using the first on DC that still leaves me with two of those and I entered the lottery for Chicago (fingers crossed!).
